Author Information

To properly credit your work, please include:

  • Your full name
  • A short author bio (under 70 words)
  • A profile headshot
  • Optional professional or social profile link

Content Quality Standards

We prioritize content that is practical, insightful and actionable.

  • Word Count: Minimum 1000 words (1200 – 1500 words recommended)
  • Original Content: Must be entirely original and unpublished elsewhere
  • Well-Structured: Use clear headings, short paragraphs and bullet points
  • Headings: Structure the article with H1, H2, and H3 headings written in Title Case
  • Value-Driven: Avoid fluff or generic advice – share insights, examples, or real strategies
  • Sources, Data and Attribution: Support your content with relevant statistics or studies where appropriate. Ensure the information is no older than two years and link back to the original source
  • Anchor Text: Use contextual and descriptive anchor text for hyperlinks

Images & Visuals

Visuals help readers understand and engage with the content.

  • Minimum 3 images or infographic visuals
  • The first image should be the featured image
  • Other images should support relevant sections of the article
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Minimum resolution: 1200 × 675 pixels

If using external images, provide attribution in this format:

Image via [Source Name] – [Direct Link]

Linking Policy

To maintain editorial integrity, we follow a strict linking policy.

Allowed

  • One do-follow link in your author bio
  • Links to trusted third-party references (e.g., Google, Moz, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.) and to the original sources of any cited statistics or research

Not Allowed

  • Overly promotional or sales-heavy links within the article
  • Self-promotional backlinks within the content

What We Don’t Accept

Submissions may be declined if they include:

  • AI-generated or spun content
  • Overly promotional or sales-driven articles, including those containing manipulative links
  • Thin or poorly researched content
  • Topics unrelated to search marketing or digital growth

Editorial Rights

By submitting your article, you agree that:

  • Our editorial team may edit the title, structure, grammar, or formatting to improve clarity and SEO
  • We may add internal links or images where appropriate
  • Submission does not guarantee publication
  • Once published, the article cannot be republished elsewhere

Publication Timeline

  • Approved guest posts are typically published within 3 – 4 days of final approval and placed in the most relevant category on our blog
